Welcome to the Seeking Him Today blog. I’m Rayna.

My purpose for the Seeking Him Today blog is to share about the emotional wellness, personal growth, and how to receive healing by seeking Jesus in today’s world. I tackle topics like how to grow with Jesus, receiving healing in your spirit and your soul, and decreeing biblical truths to heal your heart. We can have emotional pain and still thrive if our pain has purpose.

Your emotional pain has purpose. I like to think of the pain like a guide that shows me where Jesus wants to do His next work in me. My emotional wellness journey didn’t start with my battle for fertility. It went back further than that. I am an overcomer of the childhood trauma of sexual abuse. You can read more about my story here.

No matter what you face, Jesus has complete healing for you.

I literally woke up one morning and heard Jesus say, “I want you to start a blog before you receive your promise for a baby.” At that time I had been trying to get pregnant (and stay pregnant) for three years. Out of that word from Jesus, I started the Seeking Him Today blog!

I blog about how to face your fears, deal with emotional pain, and turn your pain into purpose with practical personal growth strategies. We all have pain. But, what sets you apart from others is how you deal with it.

God has a plan for you that involves you thriving, flourishing, and fulfilling your God-given destiny. If you’re ready to embark on those things then you’re right where you need to be.
