Welcome to the 30 Day Gratitude Journal Guide! I am so excited to announce that the 30 Day Gratitude Journal is now available on Amazon. This journal is more than just a product; it’s a piece of my heart, birthed from a deeply personal journey.
As I embarked on my own path of emotional healing, attending counseling sessions, uncovering memories of abuse, and facing challenging days, I carried with me the belief that my experiences could one day help someone else. You can read the full story of how I went from desperation to victory here. The idea that my own healing process might be a source of inspiration for someone else was a powerful motivator. I am so happy that I pressed through the hard days of facing my past and took the leap of faith with Jesus to my future. I want to encourage you today to do the same and take the plunge!
In this guide, we’ll dive into the how and why of the 30 Day Gratitude Journal and it wouldn’t be complete if I don’t express my own thanks to you my readers and to Jesus for my healing. This journal is piece of my heart!! My prayer is for you to receive grace, healing, and a shot of hope into your heart as you begin to journal and focus on the people, places, and experiences you that make you grateful.

Thank You, Jesus, for adorning my life with Your love in a way I never could have thought or imagined. You truly are the remarkable Friend that your disciples said you were.
20 Now to Him who is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly more than all that we dare ask or think [infinitely beyond our greatest prayers, hopes, or dreams], according to His power that is at work within us, 21 to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations forever and ever. Amen.
