Let’s soak in His presence as Tasha leads worship with her song, “You know my name.” This song is so anointed by God. Sit back and let these lyrics absorb in your spirit. Allow it to change you. I believe you will be refreshed and energized in a new way. Just relax and listen. Give Father God permission to move on your heart.

This song rocked my world. To think that the Creator of the universe knows my name is a humbling thought. And, to realize that He’s my Father and He’s fighting for me. Wow. It makes me take a deep breath and well, it calms me. To know deep in my heart that I am not alone, to truly know that God is with me is amazing. As I listen, I am reminded of His presence so deeply.

How You Walk With Me

Every time we are in the presence of God we are restored and renewed. Worship is such a special time of intimacy with Father God. As you listen to this song, picture Father God walking with you and talking with you. Let Him tell you that you are His own.

As the song says, He will comfort you and counsel you.

You Are Walking In His Victory

My absolute favorite part (and I might be found belting out these lyrics as loud as I can as I drive in my car – LOL!) is when she sings, “No fire can burn me; No battle can turn me; No mountain can stop me; ‘Cause You hold my hand. Imagine God holding your hand. We are never really alone. He’s always with us.

As I sing (or yell -LOL!) that ‘no fire can burn me’ I picture myself overcoming my obstacles. When I sing, ‘no battle can turn me’ I am stating my resolve that I will stand with God no matter what. And, when I belt out, ‘no mountain can stop me’ it reinforces in my spirit and in my soul that the King of Kings is on my side and nothing can stop Him, so nothing can stop me.

I choose to follow God. I choose to serve Him. And, I am walking in His victory all because of Jesus Christ and the sacrifice He made for all of us on the cross. When I sing, ‘No giant can defeat me’, it makes my soul stand up at attention. This song will make you come alive!

I Am Your Own

As the song comes to an end, I just love when Tasha sings so beautifully, ‘Oh, how You tell me that I am Your own’. I am His. You are His. Father God calls you His own.

Most importantly, God’s presence is so tangible, precious and so so lovely. These words will help you learn intimacy with Father God. Intimacy means “into me you see.” Let Him see you. Like really see you. He wants to get to know you. There’s no question that Father God won’t answer. He can take your anger and disappointment. Start the conversation. Let Him talk back to you. After all, He has so much to say!
